  The property was spacious. I was traveling with a group of 16 friends and we had more than enough room. The host were great. They helped us throughout the way with restaurant reservations and helped us get a chef for two meals which was amazing! Jonathan was great and responsive and able to help with any small issues that arrived.

  The location was central to everything. The host communicated well and provided all the information needed. The pool, multiple bathrooms, and the bedrooms were perfect for the group. We took advantage of the massages and that was perfect.

  Jonathan the host was exceptional, any maintenance problem he resolved straight away and was always available to give us advice on the local area and help with booking and taxis, such a great guy it was a pleasure to meet him

  We were able to find everything we needed at any time. All rooms, kitchen, bathrooms, living room and other were equipped, also there are different stores and options for having a good dinner or lunch nearby. I found it to be one of the best price-quality options and don't regret about my decision, I would definitely recommend staying in Zalama if your plan is to enjoy Tulum. Getting to the beach is also pretty easy and fast, but the best thing was that we could reserve with a travel agency around there and enjoy of different experiences.
