  The place was amazing. We stayed in one of the oceanfront suites. Very cozy and private. If you're coming to visit and spend a lot of time away from the hotel, don't get this room. You won't want to leave it. It was right by the pool and you can go to sleep listening to the ocean. It's also right next to the restaurant.

  Hotel very well looked after – amazing staff. Truly amazing and doing the best they can. They are very much “hands on”, in particular the concierge. A great number of staff, including security staff, always happy to help with a smile. Restaurant staff (Maria and Will) decorated my table for breakfast because they knew I was leaving.
  I was also surprised they clean the beach every morning! In addition, the property is beautiful. View from the room was really enjoyable.

  everything was good, only on saturday it is very noisy because of disco next to the hotel

  We loved our second room (Nube is the name) which is very close to the pool and doesn't have much noise pollution from the club across the street. It has a queen bed and a day bed, which was perfect for our small family of 3. We loved how easy it was to access the pool, head down to the gorgeous beach (soft, white sand, warm waters, and no seaweed), and get cleaned up again back in our room. If you're planning on staying at this resort and would like peace and quiet at night in your room, be sure to book a room far away from the street and on the bottom level. The night staff was super caring when our daughter vomited in the middle of the night and came to help clean up our room. They checked in on her the next day as well. It was nice to be able to communicate with them directly via text messaging. They felt like family.
