  The location is amazing, direcly at the beach, and next to all clubs and bars of the hotel area. The hotel beach is private and you can walk barefoot into the ocean from your bungalow. There's also a small terrace for each bungalow.
  In october, baby turtles hatch there, it was beautiful to see. It was the perfect accomodation for our stay, I would definitely recommend :))

  I live in mexico & wanted a tulum vacation. We loved the room when we checked in it was a little different than the one I booked. It didn’t have the direct view the ocean, it was bigger and had some cabinets and benches at the bottom of the bed.
  Breakfast was absolutely amazing. It came with coffee orange juice bread with jelly and fresh cooked eggs and more bread. Not to mention the yogurt with granola and fruit. The staff was great & the coffee was hot. We were directly in front of the restaurant. We loved the hotel so much we decided to add a night. This place was perfect in so many ways. Like the old Tulum.

  We loved cabin #1, right on the beach. Literally watched the sunrise from our window. The staff at BT Live Tulum is amazing. They really know hospitality. Even though its "at the party zone" it's fairly quiet in the evenings. So you can walk a short distance to the party if that's your thing, and retreat back to sound sleep.

  The location, the experience, the staff and the breakfast were all perfect. We had the best Christmas ever at BT Live Tulum and are hoping to come back one day. Wi-fi was working perfectly for us, including on the beach. They had fresh beach towels everyday, enough sun loungers and beach beds for all guests and security made sure no intruders entered the property from the road or beach side.
