Here’s what I love about the Zama area — you’re close enough to Tulum’s action but far enough away to actually relax. Casa Serafo is about a 10-minute bike ride to the beach (they provide bikes, which is clutch), and you can reach the ruins or town center easily without dealing with the chaos of staying right in the thick of things. The neighborhood feels residential and peaceful, with cenotes and jungle trails practically at your doorstep. You know what’s great? You can walk to some excellent local spots that aren’t overrun with day-trippers.
