  The property was clean, great location to the street and the ADO, and we were welcomed warmly.
  Staff friendly and willing to assist. Pool was nice to cool down in. The rooms had everything that we needed and if the there were any issues with the hot water, the staff attended to it promptly.

  We had a large double room with a kitchen on the ground floor. There was lots of space, the bathrooms were nice, we had room service every few days which was enough and overall the facilities were great. The best part, however, is the location, which is on a quiet street, but the hustle is just around the corner.

  Location is pretty good, next to ADO bus station and close to the main street. The lady in the reception gave us really good tips and recommendations for restaurants. The first room they gave us was a bit smelly but I complained in the reception and they changed us immediately!

  This is a nice place with a very friendly staff. I got there just before the Tulum Marathon so I was almost alone in the hotel. It was clean and descent. I do recommend this place.
