The bathroom’s compact but well-designed, and honestly, the whole place feels more like a friend’s well-appointed guest house than a typical hotel room.

You’re about a 10-minute bike ride to the beach — and trust me, you’ll want to rent a bike because that’s how everyone gets around here. The cenotes are easily accessible from this area, and you’re positioned perfectly for day trips to the ruins without dealing with the tourist bus chaos. There’s this little local restaurant about two blocks away that serves the best cochinita pibil I’ve had outside of Merida, but I won’t tell you which one — you’ll have to explore a bit.

  Die Unterkunft ist in einem super Zustand- es gibt nahezu alles was das Herz begehrt + gemeinschaftlicher Pool auf dem Dach/ Fitnesstraining und Waschmaschinenzugang. Die Inneneinrichtung war sehr modern und das Bett bequem!

  Tout était parfait dans ce logement qui demeurera sans doute comme le meilleur de notre séjour d’un mois au Mexique. La piscine rooftop est idéale pour admirer le coucher du soleil, la salle de sport est très bien équipée et le studio est très beau.

  El departamento súper hermoso , cómodo y práctico. Los espacios comunes excelente. Súper recomiendo parar en este lugar. Al comienzo piensas que queda lejos pero la ubicación es perfecta, tienes supermercados , cafetería y restaurantes cerca. Cama grande y cómoda, baño limpio y lindo. No hay nada negativo en parara en este lugar. Todo es hermoso !

  Die Anlage scheint relativ neu zu sein und ist sehr ansprechend. Das Apartment ist sehr schön und mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht. Die WLAN-Verbindung war gut und Ana ist, obwohl sie nicht vor Ort ist, eine super Gastgeberin. Nebenan wird noch gebaut, das hat uns aber nicht gestört, da wir tagsüber entweder nicht da waren oder jedenfalls kein gesteigertes Ruhebedürfnis hatten, schließlich arbeiten die nicht nachts.
