  Sijainti oli hyvä ja autollemme löytyi parkkipaikka rakennuksen edestä. Meillä oli aluksi hieman vaikeuksia päästä sisään (kun emme osanneet heti käyttää avainkoodia), mutta onneksi omistaja oli linjoilla ja vastasi välittömästi ja avuliaasti kysymyksiimme. Hinta-laatusuhde oli oikein hyvä Tulumiin.

  Il condominio è molto carino, pulito, dotato di una piscina piccola, ma graziosa. La stanza è molto spaziosa, dotata di tutti comfort tecnologici (anche troppi telecomandi a dire il vero). Il wifi funziona bene. il bagno è grande. Insomma nulla da ridire in merito alla struttura. Ah un altro punto a favore è la presenza di biciclette messe a disposizione dall'host gratuitamente.
