  location is great – it’s right near the supermarket (also a pickup spot for many tours) and at the beginning of the main part of Tulum centre. easy spot to rent bikes and ride to the Mayan ruins or beach from here. the place has plenty of space for our family with 2 kids and the rooftop pool was fantastic to cool off in each day. AC worked well in all rooms and bathrooms were spotless with good water pressure. doors were a breeze with key pad locks so no lost keys etc. a great place.

  The location in town was great. We were able to get everything within walking distance and bike to the beach. The size of the apartment was comfortable for a longer stay. The fans and air con in every main room were useful. We really enjoyed the pool on the rooftop to cool off.
