Here’s what I love about staying here — you’re actually in the real Tulum, not just the tourist bubble. The hotel sits on Calle Sol Oriente, tucked between local streets where you’ll find genuine taquerias and family-run shops. You can walk to the ADO bus station in about ten minutes, which is incredibly handy if you’re planning day trips to Chichen Itza or Playa del Carmen. The cenotes are a quick bike ride away, and honestly, having free parking here is a game-changer if you’re renting a car — most places in the area charge for it or don’t have it at all.

The Room Experience

My room had this perfect balance of modern comfort and local character. The air conditioning actually works well (trust me, this matters in Tulum’s humidity), and the beds are genuinely comfortable — not just hotel-marketing comfortable. What really impressed me was the attention to detail in the bathroom fixtures and the way natural light flows through the space. You know what’s nice? The rooms are quiet, even though you’re in the city center, which means you can actually sleep without earplugs.

  Rooms are comfy, clean and espacious. Location is great if you Book tours as the pick up point is just 2 blocks away. Staff at front desk extremely helpfull and friendly.
