  Very interesting hotel near center of Tulum. We were able to reach it 20 minutes walking from ADO so avoided taxists. There is a large patio on the 2 and 3rd floors. Only for you. Breakfasts in the morning as well.

  The property itself was nice. The room is nothing fancy, but it’s functional. It’s about a ten minute walk from one of the main roads running through Tulum. Note that if you want to see the beaches or anything then you’ll need some form of transportation.

  Pretty good location. Beds were decent. Does have roof pool – though it needed to be vacuumed.

  I specifically chose Mexican owned hotel, for a budget stay and experience Mexico. It’s pretty close the main street. Full of shops and restaurants. I arrived quite late and had to call the owner and he was available for explanation how to get in. I also appreciate that he still held my booking while I was having issues with payment.
  I didn’t have high expectations from a budget hotel however was pleasantly surprised by the bed, mattress quality.
  Overall it met my expectations.

  – Spacious room with a big and comfortable bed
  – Host was very quick to reply and took care of our bike rental etc. (150 pesos pp per day)
  – There is a cafe right next door, that belongs to the hotel (we didn’t try the breakfast because they don’t open before 9 am and we were always out before that)
