  We stayed here for 5 nights as part of our honeymoon and absolutely loved this beautiful boutique hotel. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive and we couldn’t have asked for more in terms of service. The food was equally delicious and definitely something to try, as well as the happy hour cocktails. The room was very clean, with a beautiful shower (slightly exposed if you’re shy🙈), and smelt great. We had breakfast included which was really nice and a good few options. We would love to stay again in the future.

  Lovely property located just outside the hotel zone and a short ride from the beach. Absolutely adored the intimate boutique experience that allowed for such personalized concierge service!! All the staff was super friendly and accommodating and helpful. The food was a delight as were the drinks. Loved that you were in walking distance of a little strip of shops, bars, restaurants and clubs.The room itself was a little small but expected for a boutique property. There was still plenty space for 2 adults and our luggage. Room highlight was the bathroom. The shower is a fantasy for couples!! 10/10 would absolutely recommend

  This property was amazing, so beautiful! The food and the drinks were soooooo good. The staff were very friendly, very helpful and attentive (provided recommendations and booked our taxi rides). My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed every day of our stay at the Layla! We stayed downstairs in one of the Garden-Pool view rooms, omg it was beautiful, with pool right outside our room! The rooftop and pool were peaceful and lovely! I will definitely be back and will recommend the Layla to anyone wanting to visit Tulum!
