Each room has its own personality, but they all share these floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the place with natural light. The main living area flows seamlessly into a fully equipped kitchen — and I mean fully equipped, not just a mini-fridge and microwave situation. I actually ended up cooking a few meals here because the setup was so inviting, plus there’s something satisfying about preparing fresh fish from the local markets in such a beautiful space.

Location & Getting Around

Here’s what I love about the Av. Coba Sur location — you’re close enough to everything that matters in Tulum, but far enough from the main strip to actually get some peace. The free private parking is honestly a game-changer if you’re planning to rent a car and explore the cenotes (which you absolutely should). I mean, finding secure parking in Tulum can be a real headache, so having your own designated spot removes that stress completely. Recent guests have been rating the location a perfect 10.0, and after staying here, I totally get why.
