  The property has everything you need. Luxurious 2 bedroom apartment with private pool on the upper level. In addition the host was very supporting and provided us with all the information we asked and all the requests we made.

  The apartment is fantastic. It's run by a rental company with great communication. Value and comfort! Spacious, with modern style, furniture and very nice restrooms. The private pool is incredible after a long day of activities, direct access from the master bedroom upstairs! And because it is a rooftop penthouse, the main rooftop pool is also right outside your upper access door. We enjoyed it very much, with a full kitchen offering great convenience for cooking family meals. It's in a quiet, upper scale area still under intense development so expect some dust & construction outside. Plenty of restaurants in the area with a 7 Eleven convenience store right next to the building. There was a small issue with the sofa bed at our arrival but it was fixed by the management company promptly. Highly recommended!

  The apartment is great! So big, everything is new. Host is amazing, helped us a lot!

  It is couple minutes walking from children playground, restaurants and shops.

  Travel time: July – August 2023.
  The suite is located in a modern building belonging to the area that is currently in the development stage. Though many reviews of the general Aldea area complained about the noise, we had heard little during daytime and never were disturbed by it in off hours. We embraced both of the pools: the private suite pool and the rooftop one as both are located on the same level in few steps apart.
  Location: Easy to get to major attractions of Tulum (beware of unpaved roads and use instructions given by the host)
  Place: clean, crisp, everything you need for a stay
  Host: attention to your requests, comfort, and provision of support if needed, even in extraordinary circumstances

  We were so so happy with everything about the apartment. We arrived and it was spotless clean, easy to access, and beautiful all around. Both pools were pretty large and beautiful, and the hosts were constantly available for any questions we needed. They were so so eager to help, helpful and kind. We would love to come back again just for this place! There were an abundance of towels, irons, dishes…. AMAZING PLACE! HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
