You’re close enough to Tulum‘s main attractions without being stuck in the chaos of the hotel zone. The beach is about a 10-minute bike ride away (most places here lend you bikes), and you can actually get to the ruins pretty easily too. What I really appreciate is the free parking on site — if you’re planning to rent a car to explore cenotes or hit up Playa del Carmen, you won’t be stressed about where to leave it.

The Room Experience

The room design leans heavily into that jungle-meets-minimalism aesthetic that Tulum does so well. Think natural materials, lots of plants, and these gorgeous windows that let in just the right amount of filtered light through the canopy. The beds are comfortable — not the firmest I’ve encountered in Mexico, but definitely good enough for a solid night’s sleep after a day of cenote hopping. Air conditioning works well, which honestly can make or break your stay in this humidity.

What sets this place apart is how they’ve managed to create these little pockets of tranquility throughout the property. There’s a restaurant on site that serves decent food — nothing groundbreaking, but the breakfast is fresh and they do a nice job with local ingredients. The pool area is where you’ll probably spend most of your downtime, and it’s got this nice secluded feel even when other guests are around. You know what I really liked? The staff actually seems to care about giving you local recommendations that aren’t just the typical tourist traps.

  This lovely apartment was well-equipped with 2 decent size bedrooms and bathrooms. The beds were comfy. The kitchen had plates, utensils, and pots and pans. The private rooftop patio with a "hot" tub was beautiful. Unfortunately, we had a cold tub. Not too far from downtown Tulum but not in the thick of the action. A rental car is really helpful.

  Exactelly what we wanted. Self catered, small apartment block. Not too busy. In quite new build hotel zone, felt safe and no barking dogs at night. Pool was a good size and never too busy. We stayed in the two bed apartment on ground level so we just opened our sliding door and had it literally two steps away. All nice and tidy around the pool and the apartment itself was nice and clean.

  It was easily reachable in walking distance from the bus station tulum not only did it have enough room for everyone, it even had a pool and there is a 7/11 store that is a 3’ walk from the property!
