  I like the staff and their effort to make you feel comfortable and to meet your needs. Nothing is perfect but I'm fuss free so I appreciate everything that they do. The location is great because it's far from pretentious people close to the beginning of the hotel zone

  The property has its own restaurant which served really nice food at a reasonable price compared to other places in Tulum. Outside of the property it is a short walk to other restaurants and bars, around 10-15 minutes. Within a 10 minute taxi ride you can reach more restaurants and bars. The staff at the hotel are amazing and can do anything you request. We arrived early before our room was ready and they stored our luggage all day while we went out, keeping me up to date via WhatsApp regarding our room and when it would be ready. When we needed taxis they were called and at the hotel within 5 minutes for us. Any questions we had we were able to communicate via WhatsApp and received a response straight away. On the day of leaving, we were allowed to use the facilities all day – the beach, loungers, restaurant etc.

  Beautiful position right on the beach.. only 10 rooms so relatively quiet. Although it was seaweed season, the beach was cleaned daily! Lovely free breakfast, continental or American. Fantastic friendly and efficient staff! Lovely small lagoon pool to float in if you’re not into the sea!

  Location was still perfect – right on the main beach strip bit in a quieter location. The sounds of the waves at night were so soothing. The staff was also one of the most accommodating, responsive and helpful as they reply through WhatsApp. I highly recommend this place for the price and while Rustique vibes we are so excited to come back!!
