I mean, you can bike to the ruins in about 15 minutes, and some of the coast’s best beach clubs are just down the road. The fact that there’s parking included is actually a huge plus — you know how tricky that can get around here.

  I’ve been coming to Tulum for last 6 years and this is one of the original hotels that still carries the essence of Tulum before the commercialization of this town. Food at their restaurant Moro is fantastic and the staff is excellent. Big shout out to Alexis (Alex) who was our amazing server. This is luxury glamping at its finest but if you’ve never experienced such accommodations or not open minded to new experiences, opt for something else. The pool view is beautiful and they have daily complimentary workshops/activities which is nice touch.

The spa – so amazing and was impressed by the offerings/pricing. I went for treatments on two days – rare for me! Tiffany, Yesenia – INCREDIBLE! The activities provided were a perfect balance. Loved the sound healing and gentle yoga. The bar and restaurant – Orlando was the BEST! And all of the guys there did an amazing job looking after me. Enjoyed the peace and relaxation at the gorgeous pool. Never a struggle securing a perfect spot. Music was also inline with the stay at any hour. My jungle room was perfectly situated (thank you Julio). front desk, valet team…everyone flawless and knew me by name/room # quick. Felt well taken care of throughout and cannot wait to return. You can tell there is so much great care and pride taken in everything that they all do.
