  Well kept apartment, very comfortable.
  Good response from host on Booking.com messenger. Had issue with fridge and leaking sink, host sent someone to fix within an hour for both cases.
  Bathroom has a sunken shower, that can be used a sunken tub too. Good hot water in shower and bathroom
  Good roof top with jacuzzi, other roof tops at same level but wall helps keep it private for sunbathing. Note this is one level above the main living area, also main living area has its own balcony with dining table.
  Restaurant El Galan across the road, has bicycle rental as well. Convenience/liquor store one block away. Lot of dining options in walking distance, especially 7th street.
  We rented an ATV/moto nearby and used it to get to the beach.

  Сразу скажу, что вы должны понимать, что это не новое жилье, но оно в хорошем состоянии и идеально подходит для отпуска (я жил 7 дней). Здесь 3 балкона, есть всё для приготовления пищи, посуды достаточно. 2 туалета, но душевая без перегородки в спальне (будьте готовы).
  Нас встретил управляющий комплексом и очень любезно провел в кондо. 2 кондиционера в номере и они отлично работают. Всё было чисто и вовремя подготовлено к заезду. Еще удобство в кодовом замке на входе, поэтому вам не нужно носить ключи. Вай фай отличный, работал у бассейна тоже. Вид с патио на бассейн. В комплексе очень тихо и спокойно, в апреле был заполнен по ощущению на 30%. В комплексе 2 бассейна! В начале нашего отдыха длинный был грязным, но последние 3 дня его чистили ежедневно и это было ошеломляюще. Ни разу у бассейна никого не видели. Есть шезлонги у длинного бассейна (а также на верхней патио в номере). Полотенец 2 комплекта, запасное постельное.
  На территории есть пара беседок, стулья и столы для времяпрепровождения с друзьями.
  Отличное кафе прям у комплекса. В 5 минутах ходьбы хорошая шумная улица с кучей других кафе и уличными такосами. Магазины также в пешей доступности. Дорога плохая только возле комплекса, в остальном асфальт. На побережье Тулума постелили асфальт также. Вам понадобится машина или скутер, если вы будете жить здесь.
