From here, it’s about a 10-minute drive to the beach zone and maybe 15 to the archaeological site, depending on traffic.

The Condo Experience

The condos themselves feel more like temporary apartments than hotel rooms, which works perfectly if you’re staying for more than a couple nights. I had a full kitchen setup — not just a mini-fridge and microwave situation — so I could actually cook some of the amazing produce from Tulum’s markets. The space feels modern and clean, though you can tell everything is still pretty new. Air conditioning works well (crucial in the Riviera Maya heat), and I never had issues with water pressure or WiFi, which honestly can’t be said for every place in Tulum.
