There’s a small pool area that’s perfect for cooling off in the afternoon heat, and the staff seems to genuinely know the area well — they gave me directions to a cenote I’d never heard of that ended up being a highlight.

  Very New one bedroom apartment with full kitchen, utensils, plates , big refrigerator and towels! you get an excellent ground floor pool and an excellent roof top pool! However keep in mind rent a car in Tulum other wise taxis charge: 500-600 pesos (25-30$ usd) one way for a ride to beach! and its a 35 minute walk to the downtown area so also keep that in mind. But the building is great just keep in mind the other factors!

  ~ The deluxe apartment was definitely worth the extra money. The apartment was absolutely gorgeous for the price and the private rooftop pool very nice.
  ~ I loved the view from the master bedroom – so much greenery I thought I was back in a jungle lodge. Just beautiful. I REALLY hope it doesn't all get cut down as development continues, that would ruin some of the appeal of the apartment.
  ~ Good amenities – wireless charger in the room, smart TV with Netflix, I think I saw a Bluetooth speaker by the pool.
  ~ The property manager was great about fixing up a mistake I made when booking.

  The building is brand new and has everything you need. There's a gym, a pool downstairs and another one up on the roof. The apartment is very nice, has it's own WiFi, smart TV, kitchen, two a/c-s. The bed is super large and comfortable. We loved the place so much that we ended up staying for longer than planned 🙂

  – La gentillesse et disponibilité de Marijo, qui nous changé d'appartement dès le lendemain de notre arrivée car la nôtre avait une mauvaise odeur d'égouts, pas de wifi et des équipements qui ne fonctionnaient pas.
  – Piscine dispo même si nous ne l'avons pas utilisée.
  – Super lit immense et super confortable
