  the location was very optimal for visiting Tulum. And ofc having your own private pool was a perk on its own. The host and Jessica were both very quick to respond to any of the questions we had. The whole stay was amazing. The place, the weather, the level of hospitality, the cleanliness and just the welcoming feeling are all worth visiting. Definitely will book again!

  The property is very beautiful designed and decorated. It sits in the jungle and the area is very quiet. It is around a 15 min walk to downtown Tulum and approx 10-20min drive to the beach depends on traffic.
  It is great to have the sleeping area separated from the living area so you don’t hear any noise from floor to floor. The pool is well maintained daily and there is a guard outside the Villas at night.
  The laundry room is good with wash and dryer. The bedrooms and beds are very comfortable. Great to have good Wi-Fi connection together with Netflix, Spotify etc.
