  The villa is lovely and looks just like the pictures. The washing machine and dryer worked great and included soap. Some bottled water included. The TV has Netflix. We felt safe. The parking lot security man was helpful when we couldn’t figure out how to use the lockbox. The hosts were responsive and helped us unlock and interior door that was accidentally locked from the inside. Even though there are villas all around, none look into your backyard so it is private. Overall we had a nice stay.

  First of all I have to say it is the best value for money to be found in Tulum. The Villa was everything we expected it to be, exactly as on the pictures. Rooms are very comfortable, beds as well, living room is very inviting, everything works as it should . Loved it and won't hesitate to come back. It's not located near the beaches so you will need transportation of some kind. Also contact with house owner was extremely swift, agreeable and helpful. Best VFM in Tulum

  Very stylish house with pool and three bed rooms, we loved the pool and the hammock and Jessica was always there for us if we needed anything (order taxi, rent bikes, suggestions for restaurants etc.), very clean, there is even a washing machine. Really great accommodation!

  beautiful space, lighting and decor are calming and lovely. loved the windows all the natural light. The pool was very refreshing, and the bathrooms were a comfortable size to get ready and do makeup. Bedrooms were very comfortable! lots of charging plugs which is very convenient.
