  The room is great and the host Isabel is lovely, helpful and very responsive to any questions you may have. The location is not exactly central but if you rent bikes (or a moped) it is no issue at all. Isabel has bikes that she rents to her guests. The rental process was very easy and the bikes are decent.

  High quality finishes, furniture, bedding, lighting…interior design. No amateur work or corners cut here when it came to costs or upkeep. Spacious, high ceilings, sliding floor to ceiling windows & doors all around, balcony/terrace. Quiet during week. Everything you see, touch & feel is high end, inside a gated community. Car/scooter/bike is a must as well as taking the finished road on approach. From someone who travels extensively and often in Tulum, it is incredible value, even in absence of luxury grounds & amenities of a resort. Wish I spent more time inside…but that’s not why we travel :). Communication by Whatsup was prompt with perfect English.
