  The property was beautiful, love the decor and look of the place. The staff were a message away if I needed something. They have their own taxi service and it wasnt far from everywhere we went. I would most definitely stay here again no questions asked.

  Bei der Anreise mussten wir feststellen, dass die Angaben von Booking zur Ausstattung in Teilen nicht korrekt war (z.B. kein Geschirrspüler, keine Möbel im Außenbereich), so dass wir den Aufenthalt unverzüglich stornieren wollten. Der Gastgeber/ Verwalter hat sehr kulant reagiert und einer vollständigen Stornierung zugestimmt, obwohl wir ohne Storno-Möglichkeit gebucht und schon vollständig für 6 Nächte bezahlt hatten. Inzwischen wurde mir die komplette Summe über Booking zurückerstattet. Es gibt unterschiedliche Villen, die gemeinsam vermarktet werden (sie gehören unterschiedlichen Eigentümern, die Verwaltung erfolgt gemeinsam durch eine Hausverwaltung) mit unterschiedlich guten Ausstattungen. Man muss also sehr genau aufpassen, welche Villa man bucht (und sich kurz vor der Bestätigung genau die Bilder der "angeklickten"/ zu buchenden Villa anschauen – zunächst sieht man nur ganz viele Fotos, die in verschiedenen Villen aufgenommen wurden). Unsere Villa (Nr. 5) war vergleichsweise schlecht ausgestattet – das konnte man aber auf den Fotos, die man unmittelbar vor Buchung angezeigt bekommt, auch erkennen. Die Hausverwaltung wollte auch die (wenigen) inkorrekten Angaben zur Ausstattung bei Booking noch korrigieren lassen.
  Auch wenn wir also nicht dort gewohnt haben, hinterlasse ich eine sehr gute Bewertung, weil der Gastgeber sehr fair und kulant reagiert hat (und bis auf Details der inkorrekten Booking-Beschreibung der Ausstattung der wesentliche Fehler bei uns lag, weil wir uns von Fotos anderer, deutlich schönerer Villen hatten "blenden lassen").
  Wer bei der Buchung genau darauf achtet, welche Villa er bucht (und welche Fotos ihm dabei angezeigt werden), erhält auch genau die erwartete Villa/ Leistung.
