  The customer service is one of the best that I have ever experienced – having staying at some of the world most highly regarded hotels. Gerardo the hotel manager provided top quality service on all rounds – booking taxi's, preparing room service, room upgrade, facilitating tours to other destinations, food recommendations – the list goes on. Through our entire time he was gracious, and highly personable. Essentially, UNHO would not be the great stay without him. I will be returning for sure.

  This hotel is amazing. It has by far the best finishes and architecture that we have found in all of our trip to Mexico. A fire is always burning in the courtyard in the night, the staff is beyond helpful and kind. I would go back there any day!
