  The whole experience was amazing and I had a very warm welcome already in advance. Communication with Mariana and Jessica was easy and fast – I received a lot of recommendations, they supported me on everything and made my stay very calm. The building and the location is amazing, surrounded by the green jungle but still very near to city center. The apartment is beautiful and it has everything you need – it feels comfy and like your own home. Maybe a second air condition in the living room make this place even more perfect but the one in the bedroom is also fine. The access against a minimum consumption at the Bardo is worth it and you should make use of it once. The roof top is amazing too with the pools – had every morning my breakfast & coffee there, love it! All in all I can really recommend this place and I will return hopefully very soon!

  spacious, fully equipped and well designed apartment. the access to the Bardo and Una Vida is definitely one of the biggest advantages of this place. most of the time during our stay in tulum we have been travelling around the Yucatán and Quintana Roo. therefore we didn’t need a hotel but when we wanted to rest up we could use hotel facilities and have an amazing time off (both hotels provide great service and serve delicious food!)

  Very spacious, beautifully decorated and fully equipped. Perfect location in the jungle but still close to town and everything we wanted to explore. The pools on the roof were also a treat and had a great view!

  The building is surrounded by trees and it is v quiet at night. loved the swimming pools on the rooftop.
  The bed and pillows were v comfortable and, overall, the apartment had everything I needed. great vibe and atmosphere, exactly as it looks in the pictures.

  Lovely decor and nice light coming into the apartment. Very comfortable king size bed and modern bathroom.
  Bedroom is also nice and spacious with good working AC. The washing machine is also a big plus to have if you are staying for some time.
  
  The location with the bikes is perfect, as we love to bike and you don’t hear any street noise. Walking would have been too far. We had stayed in 2 other locations before here but this was definitely our favorite. Not much construction in the area like you will find in many other places in Tulum.
  
  We also enjoyed the sunbeds on the rooftop terrace with the little pools. Although we couldn’t work from there as there is no WiFi on the rooftop terrace we were there quite a bit just to relax and hang out.
  
  Communication with Jessica was always very easy and friendly and she gave us lots of nice recommendations.
  Palma Central is close by and a great place to dance Salsa on Tuesday’s! Lots of fun and they have lots of different foodtrucks.
  We also recommend Canova restaurant and Italdo for coffee and delicious pastries.

  the apartment was well decorated. Location was really great + she has bikes available to move around Tulum which was a plus. The owner was available all the time and super friendly. She gave us advice on things to do. The rooftop has a bbq area as well which was convenient and reallz relaxing. We had a great stay

  Amazing stay the apartment is everything you need and more access to Hotel Bardo is excellent. Host Mariana was great from initial booking to check out, on hand at every point to help. Location is close to downtown, easy to bike round and taxi to the beach area is 20-30 minutes away. We loved our stay and will defiantly book again. Special mention to Pedro the maintenance man who was so helpful.
