  Parking, pool, safety (a safe on the premises, ask for a key for the safe since we cannot make it work with coding keyboard), good internet connection, ample water supply (hot and cold), employees on the premises (i.e. Mr. Gabriel). Air conditions (two units) and ceiling fans (two units) working seamlessly. Washer is available in unit 204 (be aware that washers are not available in all units). Balcony overlooking the pool is a good place for the morning coffee. The apartment building is 300 feet from the main road to a beach (a few minutes drive). Huge (very well) supplied grocery store is 10-15 minutes driving distance. Smaller stores are close to the apartment. Mostly quiet, no parties or large gatherings in the complex. Comment only: Do NOT drink tap water. Drinking water is available at the grocery stores and you need to purchase it there. This is the situation with the entire city of Tulum. We stayed there for a month in unit 204.
