  Extraordinary hotel with its own beach and extraordinarily comfortable sunbeds. The hotel has two restaurants where the food is very good (a bit expensive in my opinion). The staff is very kind and responsive to the problems or requests. The Junior Suite where i stayed has all the facilities for five stars and the cleanliness was impeccable. The location is close to the most important restaurants and shops (a few steps away – no need a taxi , also very expensive). For transfer from Tulum airport I used Amstar, also very well.

  Love the 2 options for breakfast! Both Fresco & Ziggy's offer delicious food. Also loved that each room has a dedicated lounge on the beach. I can't say enough about this hotel, walking distance to many great restaurants & beach clubs, beach was prestine & free yoga daily. We will be returning again!

  Instant Beach Access, No closing time for the beach, Great food at the two restaurants. Spa was absolutely amazing!! Best massage I’ve ever had by far.

  Beautiful, clean beach with direct access from the room; you live on the beach, have a big bed with an ocean view, a great healthy breakfast, have very kind and helpful staff, clean, spacious room with a terrace upstairs, hammock in the front, everything is just lovely.
